A little bit about us and this toon
Josh and I live in Colorado with the real-life Sumi, Finnegan, Grace, Turbo, Mizzle and Smudge, and Pitter and Patter.
All are incredibly spoiled, but in a way we prefer to think THEY would
like to be spoiled. Also I suspect that if I tried to dress anyone up in a costume, there would be assassination
attempts on me in the night.
Why am I doing this comic strip? For fun. To get myself to draw and to share my pet anecdotes
with family and friends. I also listed myself with a couple of webcomic sites to see if any other pet owner-types would like
the strip. Again, just for fun.
The events in the cartoons are all true - so far. Of course I don't know
what they actually say to each other or what goes on in those furry little skulls, but I'm giving it my best guess.
And in case you were wondering, the animals don't actually talk to the people in a way they understand and vice-versa.
It's like real life, where we might kinda get an idea of what the other is saying, but not totally.
I hope these silly 'toons brighten your day a little, and maybe you will recognize something of yourselves and your own nutty furballs in us!
